DEFINITIONS
Seller – “LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd.
www.lancombg.com – an online platform provided by LANCOM BULGARIA Ltd. for other merchants to conduct sales through it under conditions negotiated between them and "LANCOM BULGARIA" Ltd.
Site – the domain lancombg.com and its subdomains.
Content:
- All information on the Site accessible via an internet connection and a device with an internet connection;
- The content of any message from the Buyer to the Seller sent via electronic means and/or any other available communication means;
- Any information provided in any manner by the Seller’s employee to the Buyer through electronic or other means for remote transmission;
- Information related to the Goods and/or Services from the Seller at a given time;
- Information concerning Clients and related to the Goods and/or Services from third parties with whom the Seller has partner agreements in some form.
Client – any individual or legal entity using the Site www.lancombg.com in any manner, including but not limited to browsing, placing orders, purchasing, returning goods, etc., who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order/request, the Client – an individual, declares and confirms that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years old. LANCOM reserves the right to refuse an order if there are doubts about the Client being under 18 years of age.
Manufacturer – any person who professionally produces the goods/items offered through LANCOM and whose name/firm or other distinguishing mark is indicated on the product, its packaging, or the trade documentation of the product.
Order – an electronic document representing a communication form between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer indicates to the Seller, via the Site, their intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site.
Goods and Services – any object of the purchase and sale agreement from the Site. The term "Goods/Services" provided through LANCOM refers to the following goods/items: - Communication equipment

Order Registration – notification to the client that the order has been registered on the LANCOM online store and is in processing status.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The General Terms and Conditions of “LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. are mandatory for all users of the Site.
Every use of this Site signifies that the Client has carefully reviewed the general terms for its use and has unconditionally agreed to comply with them.
The General Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by “LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. at any time through their update. These changes take effect immediately and are binding on all Clients.
“LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. has the right to make changes to the terms of use at any time at its discretion or if required by an enforceable legal act.
In any case of changes to the general terms, “LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. will notify its Clients by publishing the changes on the Site. In this regard, you, as a Client, are obliged to check for possible changes to the general terms of the Site each time you use it.
If any provision of these general terms for the use of the Site is found to be invalid or unenforceable, regardless of the reason, this does not invalidate or make inapplicable the remaining provisions.
“LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. makes serious efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Site. “LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. clarifies that given possible technical errors or omissions, the product images are informative and indicative, respectively the delivered products may differ from the images due to changes in their characteristics or design.
All goods, including those on promotion/discount, are sold and delivered while supplies last, even if this is not explicitly stated on the Site.
“LANCOM BULGARIA” Ltd. is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites it does not administer, as well as for other information contained therein.
ONLINE SALES POLICY
Delivery of alcoholic beverages is made to a Client only if the Client is at least 18 years old, which they must prove with an identity document at the time of delivery by the Courier. If the person receiving the delivery cannot prove they are 18 years old, the Supplier will not deliver the goods and is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested goods. In such cases, the cost of the goods, as well as all administrative and transportation costs, are borne by the Client.
LANCOM reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit the access of any Client to place Orders and/or to any of the available payment methods if it deems that this would be detrimental to LANCOM in any way. In such cases, the Client’s sole right is to contact LANCOM at +359 2 9200561 to be informed of the reasons that led to the application of the above measures. LANCOM is not liable for any damages the Client has suffered or may suffer as a result of this decision, regardless of its correctness or validity.
The Client has the right to provide feedback regarding Goods and/or Services and to contact LANCOM at the addresses listed in the “Contacts” section of the site. The Seller is free to process the information received from the Client without being obliged to justify its actions in this regard.
Communication with the Seller can be carried out through direct contact or at the addresses listed on the site in the "Contacts" section. The Seller undertakes to store and process the received information in accordance with the requirements of REGULATION 2016/679.
LANCOM may publish advertising or promotional information about Goods and/or Services and/or promotions offered by itself or its partners for a specified period, as well as information on product availability.
All prices of Goods and/or Services on the site are final, stated in Bulgarian lev (BGN), and do not include VAT.
In the case of online payments or bank payments, the Seller is not responsible for any costs related to fees, commissions, or other additional payments made by the Client or their bank regarding the transaction itself, as well as in cases of currency exchange applied by the bank that issued the Client's card if the currency is different from BGN.
ADVERTISING
LANCOM’s Newsletters containing information about discounts and other promotions are sent through specialized licensed software.
Each Client can express their consent to receive Newsletters by ticking the corresponding field on the site "Subscribe...". The option regarding consent to receive a Newsletter can be changed at any time by clicking "UNSUBSCRIBE HERE" at the end of the Newsletter or by contacting us at sales@lancombg.com.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletters does not automatically imply withdrawal of the consent to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
